Signs:
Triad of glaucoma:
High IOP
Glaucomatous cupping
Fielf defect
How to diagnose (simply)
Measure IOP
Gonioscopy to see the angle
Ophthalmoscopy (cupping)
Measure visual field (to evaluate the progression)
Early changes in optic disc
Large Cup/Disc ratio (0.4) (normal=0.3)
Vertical elongation of optic cup
Splinter hemorrhage
Late change in optic disc
Large C/D ratio (more than 0.7)
Has over-hanging(undermind) edge
The vessels appear as interrupted
Nasal shift of vessels
