-Lie flat
-Log rolling
-Pain management
-Risk for CSF leak
-Peripheral Neurovascular Checks
-Spinal fusion recovery takes long / with donor site
-Avoid sitting / standing for long periods of time
-Avoid twisting: Think through body movements
