Defense against a tackle

A

Sprawl (hands on attacker’s shoulders, jump back with legs/feet slightly wider than shoulder width, KEEP your hips and therefore your body weight DOWN onto your opponents shoulders, through your arms on their shoulders), step in (w/ left), knee (w/ right, “PAY”), step back and recover (non-aggressive)
