A

1) opponent: Right punch

1/2-step in w/ left foot
lower your level
then grab both knees
step-in with other leg (square-up)
then use your head & shoulder (under the person’s extended punch-arm)
move opponent to your left side
in reality you’d get them off balance and drive them to the ground
in practice you only take them 3-steps (left/right) …holding their side (only on that 3rd step) so they don’t fall…

2) opponent double-punch
repeat (w/ a double-perry), but drive them to your right-side…

A

Push Off:
double-punch, grab neck (both hands) and knee opponent
defense: block knees and push off on your shoulders

Body Lock:
double-punch, grab neck (both hands)
defense: body lock opponent

Swim Through:
double-punch, grab neck (both hands)
defense: immediately swim-through opponent’s arms and grab his/her neck and knee him/her

single-punch, right-forearm to block opponent’s knee
opponent throws rear-leg knee
double-punch left-forarm to block opponent’s other knee
opponent cross-steps and throws left-knee
(then reverse)
