3) elbow spear (rh, then left hand) twist body for power
4) elbow smash (rh, then left hand) be sure to lift-up your body after the 1st smash to get full power

Defense - Defending when in - Bottom of Mount

A

windshield wipers
block across your body while also tilting your body in the opposite direction

block your face and ribs as best you can
(can’t block the “elbow” part of elbow-spear)

on the 4th straight-punch, you do an “inside” block
pull the person down – using your legs
wrap them up with both hands (as you do when you’re doing the “knees” in the fighting system)
then do an overhook (being sure to hook over their elbow)
