from ready position
say: “Palgae-2, 20-movements sir/ma’am”
1) step right w/ left-foot (feet together), while tucking left fist under right (ready-position-extended) arm
twist right fist (face-up) as you pull it back to your right side
while simultaneously rotating left arm up above head for a high-block
all while stepping into a left-facing front-stance
2) kick with your right foot (hold the kick; hold the recoil) and step down into a right middle punch (thus causing you to draw your left arm down and back by your side
3) right fist next to your left fist (left side of your body) spin around 180(degrees) as you rotate your right arm up above your head for a high-block all while stepping into a front-stance (now facing to the right of your starting position)
4) kick with your left foot (hold the kick; hold the recoil) and step down into a left middle punch (thus causing you to draw your right arm down and back by your side
5) look left; just before (and as you) draw your left foot next to your right foot; placing your hands up toward your right …as you step into a right-facing cat stance (stepping out with your left-foot to the left of your current position)
and perform a knife-hand low block
(At this point you’re facing the same direction as your starting position)
6) draw your right foot beside your left foot as you spin (on your left foot 180) and face to your left-side w/ your hands extended up and back to your left-side as you step into a cat stance and perform a knife-hand middle block (again facing same direction as starting position)
7) step into a front-stance w/ high overhead block
8) step into a front-stance punch w/ loud ki-yap
