- V1 = opthalmic – around the eyes
- V2 = maxillary – upper lip/midd part of face
- V3 = mandibular – chin and lower lip

- superior rectus: elevates
- medial rectus: adducts
- inferior rectus: depresses
- superior oblique: depresses and abducts
- lateral recuts: abducts:
