pulseless dysrythmias (pea, VT, vf)
anaphylaxis extremis (severe hypotension/respiratory distress)

cardiac arrest for pulseless vt, pea, an asystole: 1mg iv/io during compressions
may repreat every 3-5min during arrest
anaphylaxis: 0.1-o.3 mv slow iv/io
may repeat every 5-15 min prn

assess pt ecg for desired effect/side effects
alkalosis/acidosis may effect efficacy
flush iv tubing beterrn bicarbonate and epinephrine
