A
  • knowledge only, no provenance
  • 2 or 3 paragraphs:
    paragraph 1: evaluate one way in which A is convincing
    paragraph 2: evaluate a second way that a is convincing
    then conclusion
  • don’t have to have a less convincing paragraph unless you disagree with something
  • 10 mins

(explain what was important about…)

A
  • 2 or 3 paragraphs
    paragraph 1: explain one way/reason it was important, use own knowlendge
    paragraph 2: explain a second way/reason it’s important
  • include how important it was based on how much it changed or influenced things
    paragraph 3 is a short paragraph explaining the importance for the wider context of elizabethan england for level 4

  • its an explain question
  • 2 paragraphs - one explanation per paragraph
  • find the key words in the question e.g. ‘favour, ‘change’, ‘impacted’
  • use because and the key word as many times as possible
  • explain chronologically
