- knowledge only, no provenance
- 2 or 3 paragraphs:
paragraph 1: evaluate one way in which A is convincing
paragraph 2: evaluate a second way that a is convincing
then conclusion - don’t have to have a less convincing paragraph unless you disagree with something

how do you answer question 2?
(explain what was important about…)
A
- 2 or 3 paragraphs
paragraph 1: explain one way/reason it was important, use own knowlendge
paragraph 2: explain a second way/reason it’s important - include how important it was based on how much it changed or influenced things
paragraph 3 is a short paragraph explaining the importance for the wider context of elizabethan england for level 4 - 10 mins

(write an account of…)
A
- its an explain question
- 2 paragraphs - one explanation per paragraph
- find the key words in the question e.g. ‘favour, ‘change’, ‘impacted’
- use because and the key word as many times as possible
- explain chronologically
