Keeping an accurate record of the facts pertaining to events that constitute harassment/discrimination and /or sexual harassment/discrimination is ESSENTIAL to support complaint…

A

Do NOT attempt to remove offensive material from boards, lockers, etc.

  • OFFICer or EEO officer shall remove these items
  • EVIDENCE should be DATED by the OFFICER and forwarded to the EEO officer, after telephone notification is made…..EEO officer will send acknowledgement to officer and/or complainant
  • complainant should keep personal journal
  • complainant should retain copies of performance evaluations
