granted ONLY WHEN UNIT RESPONDS TO ALARM and because of such response returns after 0830/1730

period of time granted shall NOT EXCEED 30 MINUTES and shall commence from time member returns to quarters…entry listing each member, or individual member in company journal , at time UNIT OR INDIVIDUAL RETURNS TO QUARTERS..journal entry NOT REQUIRED when member leaves quarters

-time and a half beyond 0900/1800

members performing tours/partial tours scheduled to end at other than 0900/1800, entitled to 30 minutes maintenance

-members returning from watchline or similar type duties/30 minutes

LIMITED TO COMPANY OFFICERS

• ONLY AFTER completion of a regular tour of duty, e.g. OFFICER RETURNS TO QUARTERS FROM RESPONSE , after 0900/1800 hours , AT LEAST ONE MINUTE OF DUTY TIME ENTERED ON TPR to indicate time worked beyond the tour
• soley for ADMIN duties which CANNOT BE DELAYED

ENTRY IN JOURNAL UPON COMPLETION OF ADMIN DUTIES /MAX 30 MINUTES FOR ADMIN

• OFFICERS returning to quarters prior to 0900/1800 are NOT ENTITLED TO ADMIN OVERTIME
• maintenance of Personal firefighting equipment (30 minutes)shall not be used in computing the time tour ended , for purpose of providing eligibility for admin OT
