Soils - sand, limestone, more clay inland, terra rosa (ideal for Frappato)
More Nero d’Avola = deeper, richer, fuller

Has more character and depth - Floral, Grapefruit, Minerality
Riserva: 13% ABV; 12 months aging

CANNELLINO DI FRASCATI DOCG (2011)

SWEET - Noble Rot optional - location ideal one of few in Italy
>70% Malvasia Bianca di Candi or Malvasia del Lazio (or Puntinata) same as Frascati
With 30% blending grape. Best from Md Lazio
Has more character and depth
Production: Late harvest required; can be appassimento. Noble rot is optional.
