– is a diverticulum of the Ileum about 12 inches to three feet above the Ileo-Cecal junction.
Meckel’s Diverticulum
– is the reversal of the position of the abdominal organs. This means that, those normally found in the (R) abdomen, may lie in the (L) abdomen.
