A

Wash hands with soap and water whenever you touch it.
Do not kiss anyone.
Do not give oral sex.

A

Avoid triggers, such as sunbeds
Use SPF lip balm in the sun
Drink plenty of fluids
Avoid touching it

A

Aciclovir cream:
Apply as soon as you feel tingling.
Apply liberally every 4 hours for 4 days, maximum 10 days.
Dab, don’t rub in
