Wash and dry anus after toilet and before bed. Use unscented soaps.
Wear loose fitting cotton underwear
Avoid overheating
Eat plenty of fibre to avoid constipation.
Avoid scratching and cut nails
Don’t strain when using toilet.
Avoid spicy foos.

Fungal infection - redness and irritation.
