Transmit vibrations from malleus to stapes

What does the stria vascularis do?
Pumps in K+ setting up the membrane potential

Scala vestibuli, scala timpani
Where is endolymph found?
Scala media

The hair bundles will rub against the tectorial membrane due to vibrations
