-moderate social security systems; those who are unemployed or unable to work are driven further into poverty.
-developing rates of education; government contributes significant funds - more opportunities.
-developing levels of gender equality; more females in employment decreases poverty and increases economy and productivity.

-limited legal system; increased risk of civil conflict.
