SOFT - Skills, style, staff
Shared values - addressed in addressing all factors
What are the first four stepts of Kotter’s 8 step model?

What are the last four steps of Kotter’s 8 step model?
- Empower action - doing stage

How important is leadership in managing change?

Should an external consultant be used?
YES - good expertise, good for big changes, might be viewed more positively
NO - cost, do they know the firm? viewed with suspician?
