Concerned with organising people; recruitment, training, performance appraisal, motivation, dismissal, wages and industrial relations
What does a financial manager do?
Looking after the business’s accounts, all reciepts and payments are recorded to ensure the business can meet its financial objectives. Concerned with raising finance and analysing costs.
