Resistant to beta-lactamases. Broad spectrum
Rapidly inactivated by dehydropeptidase in the proximal tubule - combined with inhibitor cilastatin.
Epileptogenic (seizures)

Good activity against gram neg aerobs.
Often combined with vaborbactam
