What is the purpose of blood?
Transport oxygen and nutrients to body cells. It also regulates the temperature around the body, Exchange his materials, prevents infection, and clots blood if needed
WBC: Neutrophils
Preventing infections by engulfing and destroying pathogens
WBC: Lymphocytes
Destroy viruses and cancer cells and create antibodies
WBC: monocytes
Remove dead cells and bacteria
RBC function: small and flexible

Haemoglobin absorbs oxygen in the lungs and releases oxygen in the rest of the body.

Increases the amount of space inside of the cell for haemoglobin
