Wet standpipes needed in buildings that are
3 or more stories in height with a floor area 7500 SQ FT or greater on any floor

When pressure reducing valves are installed on a standpipe system a
Flow test must be conducted at least once every 3 years to demonstrate proper adjustment of the valves
VO or NOV for non compliance
If a standpipe system is not found but is deemed needed
