Regarding the use of the High Priority Referral Program officers should know the following

1) It should NOT be used in situations requiring immediate action
2) If conditions justify the Admin unit shall complete the High Priority Referral Report for submission to the admin battalion
3) The admin unit will complete and forward a CIDS CARD
4) An admin unit receiving notice that a hazard previously reported as a High Priority Referral has been abated MUST conduct a re-inspection of the premise and if necessary amend or delete the CIDS
