composition of IACUC under AWA
3 members, one must be veterinarian and one non-affiliated members (no research personnel)

conduct inspections of all animal study areas at least every 6 months, report should be signed by quorum and include minority views, file report with IO. deficiencies w/ timetable. program review q 6 months with minority views.
