A

A

Response to the attitude -> if the cognitive and affective responses are positively linked the behaviour will be positive

A

CAB

Cognitive - Change the beliefs e.g. running is healthy

Affect - Change the emotion e.g. running is fun

Behaviour - Change the behaviour e.g. more likely to go running

A

WHO, WHAT, WHO

Who persuades? -> A significant other / role model e.g. parent / coach

What do they communicate? -> A persuasive message

Who receives the info? -> To a recipient who must have a desire to change attitude
