Negative aspect of stress associated with fear of failure

A
Proposes that being anxious is stable and ensuring, innate predisposition to be anxious in most situations

A
Situation specific form of anxiety often due to fear of failure

A
The level of anxiety at which an individual performs best -> people require different levels of anxiety to be in their ‘peak flow’
