What are the possible treatment options for urolithiasis?
A
Vermiform appendage (urethral process) removal
Ammonium chloride - acidifies urine to dissolve crystals
Cystocentesis - relive pressure in bladder (temporary)
Percutaneous placement of catheter - route for urination whilst acidification commences
Urethrostomy - creates new opening of urethra
Urohydropropulsion
Surgical removal of crystals
