Not protected by BBB
What dopamine D2 antagonists are antiemetics?
Metoclopramide (prokinetic)
Domperidone (doesnt cross BBB so no drowsiness)
Prochloperazine
What 5HT3 antagonists are used as antiemetics?
Ondansetron
Granisetron
When are 5HT3 antagonists used?
As an add on in drug induced emesis

WHat are SEs?
Hyosine (motion sickness)
Dry mouth, blurred vision

Cyclizine
