A - PLACE 3 of the 4 Heater Pass Feed Control Valves (66FV0009, 66FV0010, 66FV0011, and 66FV0012) in manual to approximately 10%
B - BLOW DOWN the pass for a minimum of 15 minutes with Hydrogen flow from running compressor
C - OPEN 1 of the 3 isolated pass control valves and close the previously open pass control valve to approximately 10% at end of blow-down time period
D - REPEAT for other 3 passes
E - ONCE the sweep is complete,
OPEN all 4 of the heater pass control valves for an additional hour
OPER - 1.1.10 - CLOSE the 4” H2 Sweep line
CCR - 1.1.11 - CLOSE all 4 of the heater pass control valves
OPER - 1.1.12 - ENSURE that the 634C00002 Compressor seals are in 634 service
