633 Emergency Shutdown (63-EOP-5001)

OPER/CCR - 1.1.1 - Notify required parties that 633 Unit will be Shutdown under emergency conditions.

OPER - 1.1.2 - Ensure non-essential personnel have cleared 633 Unit and adjacent Units within 300’ radius.

CCR - 1.1.3 - Notify Oil Movements Pumper Operator that 633 HDS feed will be bypassed to product.

OPER - 1.1.4 - Open both 10” chain valves in alley SW of Plot Edge on Jump Over Line from feed to product.

OPER - 1.1.5 - Close 10” battery limits isolation valve on feed line, located below circulation line.

CCR - 1.1.6 - Place the following flow controllers in Manual and Close.
- 63FC0022, 737 Coker Light Gas Oil (CLGO)
- 63FC00475, 736 Coker Light Gas Oil

OPER - 1.1.7 - Ensure 63FV0252, CLGO Pump Minimum Flow Control Valve is lined up.

CCR - 1.1.8 - Place 63FC0237, CLGO Flow Controller, to inlet of 633D2006A/B, Feed Filter in Manual and CLOSE
