635 Emergency Shutdown (65-EOP-5001) Flashcards
OPER - 1.1.1 - WHEN Security Operations Center (SOC), Announces: “Clear 635 Unit to withing 300’ of Plot Edges,”
ENSURE roads within 300’ radius of 635 Unit are blocked with cones and/or signs
OPER - 1.1.2 - SIMULTANEOUSLY PERFORM the following to bypass 635 Unit:
- OPEN 8” valve on Unit Bypass line around 635 HDS Unit
- CLOSE 8” valve on both Product Feed Inlet lines to 635 HDS Unit
OPER - 1.1.3 - ENSURE that the Secondary Release is Closed
OPER - 1.1.4 - BLOCK IN Sulfur Analyzer
OPER - 1.1.5 - IF 635 P0001A Reactor Fresh Feed Pump is Operating,
SHUTDOWN 635 P0001A in accordance with HDSC-SOP-2002 Turbine Pump Operation/Maintenance Preparation procedure.
OPER - 1.1.6 - IF 635P0001B Reactor Fresh Feed Pump is operating,
SHUTDOWN 635P0001B in accordance with HDSC-SOP-2001 Electric Pump Operation/Maintenance Preparation procedure
OPER/CCR - 1.1.7 - ENSURE 65XV5200/65XV5202 Reverse Flow Valves have closed.
CCR - 1.1.8 - Place 65FC0008 Reactor Feed Heater Fuel Gas Flow Controller in Manual and close to shutdown 635F0001 Reactor Feed Heater
CCR - 1.1.9 - INCREASE Recycle Load on 635C0001A/B H2 Makeup and Recycle Compressor to 100%
CCR - 1.1.10 - INCREASE Makeup Load as needed to maintain unit pressure
CCR - 1.1.11 - REDUCE outlet temperature on 635R0020 Hydrotreater Reactor as measured by 65TI5209 at a rate of 150 degrees F per hour to 450 degrees.
CCR - 1.1.12 - PLACE the following Controllers in Manual and Close:
- 65FC0024 Condensate Injection Flow
- 65FC0031 Natural Gas to Stripper Flow
- 65FC0032 Nitrogen to Stripper Flow
- 65FC0028 Amine to Contactor Flow
