OPER - A - CATCH a bag sample of the 635 Cooling Tower gas from the HRVOC system and deliver it to the Lab
REQUEST triplicate analysis (three different analysis from one sample) using the sample profile: Cooling Towers, 635CT3701
SFLS - B - NOTIFY the Lab Shift Supervisor that a 635 Cooling Tower gas sample has been delivered to expedite testing
C - REVIEW the HRVOC analyzer data in IP21 to determine which chemicals are causing the high concentration alarm
SFLS/CCR/OPER - 1.1.3 - IF 635 Cooling Tower gas sample indicates that the analyzer is malfunctioning,
REFER to 008-SOP-3015, HRVOC Malfunction & High Level Alarms procedure and follow the Actions for HRVOC Cooling Tower Analyzer Malfunction. This includes performance of the following:

SFLS/PSS - 1.1.4 - IF 635 Cooling Towe gas sample confirms that there is a high concentration of hydrocarbons in the cooling water and the Lab results and IP21 analyzer data has been confirmed,
COORDINATE and BEGIN TROUBLESHOOTING the source of the leak including collecting samples as needed on the following units:
-236 HHDS
