634 Loss of Air Preheater (64-EOP-5025)

CCR - 1.1.1 - VISUALLY VERIFY the following Dampers indicate OPEN at Reactor Heater (634F0001), and on DCS:
- Natural Draft Door
- Stack Damper

CCR - 1.1.2 - If either Damper is closed,
CLOSE Reactor Heater Fuel Gas Controller (64PC5134) to trip the Fuel Gas SIS system until air flow is re-established to Reactor Heater.

OPER/CCR - 1.1.3 - ENSURE the heater Fuel Gas SIS system automatically shuts down

OPER - 1.1.4 - CLOSE the Fuel Gas supply isolation valves to 64F0001, Reactor Feed Heater burners.

CCR - 1.1.5 - ADJUST Stack Damper as needed for desired draft
