- Seizures (high doses), Diarrhea, superinfections (Staph and C. difficile)
- Hypersensitivity reactions->Urticaria, anaphylaxis, serum sickness, interstitial nephritis, hepatitis, and rashes
- Ampicillin->Maculopapular rash

Hypersensitivity (rare, cross-sensitivity with penicillins)
- Cefotetan->Platelet dysfunction and bleeding
- Cefepime->Drug induced encephalopathy
