Hepatotoxicity, peripheral neuritis (in B6 deficiency), toxic encephalopathy and seizures, and hematologic toxicity

Dose dependent optic neuritis and impaired red-green colour discrimination, hyperuricemia and gout, hepatitis, and hematologic toxicity
Pyrazinamide
Hyperuricemia and gout, hepatitis, hematologic toxicity, arthralgia and increased serum iron concentration
Rifampin
Hepatotoxicity, Hypersensitivity (chills, fever, fatigue, headache 50% of patients)
-High doses->Nephrotoxicity, hematologic toxicity and red discoloration of body fluids
Rifabutin
GI irritation
Bedaquiline
Prolonged QT interval, hepatotoxicity and arthralgia
Dapsone
GI disturbances, peripheral neuropathy, optic neuritis and blurred vision, proteinuria, nephrotic syndrome, SLE-like syndrome, hematologic toxicity and hemolytic anemia (in G6PD def.)
Clofazimine
GI and hepatotoxicity, photosensitivity, and discoloration of skin and body fluids
