GI bleeding, peptic ulcers, renal and hepatic dysfunction, lithium toxicity, hyperkalemia, platelet inhibition, and premature closure of ductus arteriosus
-Salicylates lead to Raye syndrome in virus infected children

Fewer GI problems, but severe hepatic necrosis
