First generation H1 blockers
Sedation (excitement in children), dry mouth, blurred vision, tachycardia, urinary retention, and hallucination
Second generation H1 blockers
Cetirizine->May cause sedation
Astemizole and terfenadine->Prolongation of QT (Torsades de pointes)
Intranasal H1 blockers
Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, fatigue, dry mouth, nasal irritation and weight gain
Ophthalmic H1 blockers
Transient stinging and burning of the eyes
Serotonin agonists
Cisapride->Fatal prolongation of QT
Tegaserod->Increased risk of MI and stroke
Fibanserin->Severe syncope (with alcohol, hepatic dysfunction, and inhibitors of drug metabolism)
Prostaglandin E1 derivatives
Alprostadil->Penile pain, penile fibrosis, priapism, flushing, diarrhea, headache and fever
Misoprostol->Diarrhea, abdominal pain, uterine contractions and labour
Latanoprost
Permanent eye colour change (by increasing the amount of melanin in melanocytes)
