Russian(s); (adj and masculine noun)
Ру́сский - Человек, принадлежащий к нации или к этнической группе русских.
Русский is a person belonging to a nation or to an ethnic group of Russians.
Россия́нин (россияне)
Russian citizen (regardless of nationality)

Гражданин России,

A citizen of Russia, regardless of nationality
умирать / умереть
(умру́, умрёшь)
to die; pass away
Многие умрут вне зависимости от того что мы сделаем
Many will die no matter what we do.

And know that I stand/ I’m staying with you, whatever/regardless of your decision.
