is complete. Once approved by the immediate Supervisor the WIIR will be automatically routed to the Platoon Chief /Division Chief for review and investigation. The immediate supervisor shall ensure Part A of the WIIR is completed, scanned and forwarded to their respective chief officer and Fire Administration (Note: to email Fire Administration, use the corresponding email group).
