In all cases, the Corporations insurance form must be completed and forwarded immediately to the Platoon Chief. The Captain will use discretion whether to continue on to the emergency or remain on scene. Regardless, the Captain shall make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible to ensure Policy# 9801 is adhered to
