When answering “the dog is over there”.
You can simply omit the noun and say “over there”.
Example: asoko ni imasu.
Don’t forget other meanings of arimasu / imasu.
Also can show ownership
Example : shiken ga imasu = I have an exam
Shiken ga arimasu = there is an exam
I have a lot of homework

What are the two uses of “to” / ”と”?
to say “and” when connecting two NOUNS or it can be used to express doing something WITH someone else.
