What are the unique aspects of the word arimasu?
Arimasu is used to describe the existence or location of something.
Also “wa” is replaced by “ga” in a sentence when using arimasu.
When using arimasu, the sentence structure changes from this : “kore wa kissaten desu” to what?

What does the particle ni do in a sentence?
The particle ni marks a location word in the sentence ending with arimasu.
