A
- surgery - wide local excision first
- radiation - alone or adjectively with chemo

treatment for vulva cancers?
A
- field include primary + inguinal region
- pelvic fields include pelvic inlet
- field wider at inguinal lymph nodes
- patient must be in “ FROG LEGS’’ POSTIONS
- bolus may be placed over vulva and perineum
- inguinal nodes best treated anteriorly
