Backyard farm tomato, silken tofu, burrata, tahini pesto, black vinegar
(House take on caprese). Tomatoes marinated in salt and sugar mixed with silken tofu and burrata. Topped w. thai basil, cilantro, parmesan, and sesame paste pesto then drizzled w. black vinegar. Garnished with toasted sesame seeds.

Pickled mushroom salad, watercress, orange, tamarind vinaigrette
Wild and cultivated mushrooms pickled in rice vinegar, tossed with watercress, orange slices, and tamarind vinaigrette (tamarind paste, soy sauce, shallot oil, rice vinegar). Garnished with fried shallots.

Charred okra, brown butter, curry pickled cauliflower, mustard seed
Okra is cooked in extremely hot pan, to reduce the sliminess is texture. Sauteed w. cauliflower pickled in madras curry. Finished with brown butter and brown mustard seeds. Drizzled with tamarind vinaigrette. Garnished with cilantro.

Roasted potatoes, lamb, garam masala, pomegranate, yogurt
Fingerling potatoes, blanched then roasted in lamb fat. Tossed w. meat sauce is made from ground lamb, onions, garlic, ginger and garam masala (Indian spice blend). Topped w. yogurt seasoned with lemon and lime. Garnished with pomegranate seeds, mint and cilantro.

Charred broccoli rabe, smoked oyster sauce, crispy garlic, gremolata
(House version Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce). Broccoli rabe is grilled until lightly charred. Oyster sauce is smoked and cooked w. scallions, ginger and raw garlic. Garnished with gremolata (lemon zest, garlic, parsley and cilantro). Finished with crispy fried garlic and lemon juice.
