Bourbon

A

a type of American whiskey. It is a barrel aged distillate made primarily from corn(minimum 51%). It can be produced anywhere in the U.S. but is traditionally and primarily from Kentucky. Bourbon has no minimum specified aging duration, with the exception of straight bourbon which has a minimum of two years. Any bourbon younger than four years must carry an age statement on the label.
