Cast iron fried rice, duck confit, cured breast, pickled shiitakes, gochujang ketchup, poached egg

(House version dolsot bibimbap). Rice mixed w. scallion, ginger and duck confit (duck legs, cured and cooked in duck fat). Cooked in cast iron pan until bottom is crispy. Topped w. slow poached egg and pickled vegetables. Served w. gochujang (korean chili paste with fermented soy beans) and ketchup.
