Q

Gin

A

A broad category of spirits traditionally flavored with juniper berries. London dry gin is the traditional style, light bodied, pungent juniper flavor.

Plymouth gin is similar in style, but much cleaner than a london dry gin and originates exclusively from Plymouth, England. There is only one distillery still in operation in Plymouth, England.

Finally, the international (or New American) style are a newer derivation of the gin family. Focusing on juniper and less traditional spices and botanicals to achieve a wide range of flavors.
