  • dna is made of nucleotides, a nitrogenous base, a phosphate group and a deoxyribose

-prokaryotic has circular dna whereas eukaryotes have linear
- eukaryotes are associated with protiens ( histones ) prokaryotic are not
- eukaryotic are longer whereas prokayotic are shorter
