Everyday(24 hrs) because the sugar is so high in the TPN that it is cesspool for bacteria ! Especially if it’s it sitting out and room temperature

Hyperglycemia

10% Dextrose

You always place TPN on what ___?
U don’t stop it abruptly u gradually stop TPN
Always place on a pump never let it run till gravity
