No weight bearing problem so bone don’t need to be so heavy

A
The action of taking hold, reaching, grabbing or seizing

Why can the upper limb move more than the lower?
A
The pectoral girdle is less attached to the axial skeleton than the pelvic girdle

What joins the pectoral girdle to the axial skeleton
A
The joint between the clavicle and the sternum (anteriorly) and attached by muscles to the scapula (posteriorly)
